Fellow Fashionista Street Style Contest!

Hi Fashionistas!

I plan on posting everyday.  Each day will be something different.   My plan for Saturdays is to post "Fellow Fashionista Street Style".  Here is where I need your help! 

Each week, readers can email me one photograph of themselves wearing their favourite outfit of the week.  You can email your entries to Janine@JanineErin.com.  Please indicate in the subject line of your email, "Fellow Fashionista Street Style Submission".  Be sure to include your full name.  The photo must be of yourself as well.

The outfit must be something that you would wear on a daily basis, "Street Fashion" - if your daily attire consists of office wear, please do not send those photos.  I am looking for what you would wear outside of work.  This will allow me to select a winner based on fashion sense and style along in a single category, rather than having people send pictures of many different genres (high fashion, editorial ensembles, costumes, work wear, etc.), as it would be difficult to judge and does not put everyone on the same playing field. 

You will have until 11:59pm on Thursday of each week to submit your entries.  I will go through the entries and chose a winner and post their photo here.  At the end of every 4 weeks, I will choose an overall winner.  The winner will be chosen and posted on my blog on the Saturday of week 5 of the contest cycle.  That winner will receive a small prize from me! 

The contest is open to all residents of Peterborough and surrounding areas (Kawartha).  Prizes will be available for pickup at the Peterborough This Week office on the Monday directly following the Saturday of which the prize winner is chosen.  The contest will start Friday, May 6 at 12:00am.  The contest cycle is as follows:

Week 1 - Submissions accepted from Friday, May 6 at 12:00 am up to and including Thursday, May 12 at 11:59 pm will be considered.  Submissions received after May 12 at 11:59 pm will be considered for week 2.  A winner will be selected and posted on Saturday, May 14. 

Week 2 - Submissions accepted from Friday, May 13 at 12:00 am up to and including Thursday, May 19 at 11:59 pm will be considered  Submissions received after May 19 at 11:59 pm will be considered for week 3.  A winner will be selected and posted on Saturday, May 21.

Week 3 - Submissions accepted from Friday, May 20 at 12:00 am up to and including Thursday, May 26 at 11:59 pm will be considered  Submissions received after May 26 at 11:59 pm will be considered for week 4.  A winner will be selected and posted on Saturday, May 28.

Week 4 - Submissions accepted from Friday, May 27 at 12:00 am up to and including Thursday, June 2 at 11:59 pm will be considered  Submissions received after June 2 at 11:59 pm will not be considered.  A winner will be selected and posted on Saturday, June 4.

Week 5 - June 3 at 12:00 am to June 9 at 11:59 pm.  NO SUBMISSIONS.  Any submissions received will not be considered.  Please hang on to your photos and enter them during Week 1 of the next contest cycle, which will commence Friday, June 10 at 12:00 am.  I will post the complete cycle on my blog during week 5.  Winners from weeks 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be judged against each other and an overall winner will be selected and posted to my blog on Saturday, June 11.  The winner will receive a prize that will be available for pickup on Monday, June 13 at the Peterborough This Week office, located at 884 Ford Street, Peterborough, ON.  The prize will have an approximate retail value of $25.
